Our mission is to educate, support, and connect the community by providing accessible mental health resources, educational programs, community events, and meaningful relationships that strengthen individuals, families, and the community.

Our foundation is free mental health education. This starts with the courses we offer including grief, freedom from condemnation, and immigration status support.

The second staple of our change. Mental health meetups are our events that combine fun and relaxing events with mental health education and testimonies.
